Swim Team faq

By signing up and paying for photos, you give me permission to photograph your swimmer and ensure that I’m only capturing images of those who have agreed to it. This process protects your privacy and helps me comply with photo release requirements. Thank you for your understanding!  

You can pay via Venmo, cash, or credit card. Reservations are not complete until payment has been processed. 

By setting up and paying for a reservation, you’re agreeing to allow me to photograph your swimmer during their reserved events. This also ensures you have access to a private gallery for your swimmer’s photos. The reservation fee covers the time and effort spent capturing and editing the photos. You can review all of the terms in the  reservation agreement.  

Only swimmers who have made a reservation will be photographed. This ensures I have permission and can provide focused coverage.  

Any parent, guardian, or swimmer can reserve photos for upcoming swim events. Multiple reservations can be made for different events.  

Only you (and anyone you choose to share the gallery password with) will have access to your swimmer’s photos.  

I take action shots during races and candid moments at swim meets. If you’d like specific posed shots, let me know in advance.  

You’ll receive high-resolution digital images, which you can download and print as many times as you like. Retouching, printing and custom composite services are available.  

If you’re unhappy with your photos or a race was missed, I offer refunds or a free future reservation.  

It typically takes one business day of editing per meet day, but there could be delays. I will provide updates on my Facebook page if there are any delays in editing. I’ll notify you via email when your photos are ready to view.  

It’s best to make your reservation as early as possible to ensure coverage and priority. You can reserve up until the end of warmups the day of the event.  

Digital downloads are available instantly once I have finished editing, and you have received a link and password for your gallery.

Photos are no longer posted directly to Facebook, I will send a link for you to access your swimmer’s photos.

 I require reservations to ensure proper photo releases are in place and to provide focused, quality coverage for those who sign up.
